What to do if you notice unauthorised transactions

If you notice any suspicious or unauthorised card transactions, immediately do the following:

1. Freeze your card

Go to your Card Dashboard and select Freeze to immediately block all card transactions.

2. Change your password

Log out of your account, then select Forgot password? from the login screen. Follow the instructions to reset your password and help protect your account.

3. Contact our Support Team

Report any suspicious or unauthorised activity via email at [email protected] or call +44 20 3038 3929 as soon as possible. We’ll investigate and help secure your account.
