What to do if you lose your card

If your card is lost or stolen, follow these steps:

1. Freeze your card

Go to your Card Dashboard and select Freeze to immediately block all transactions.

2. Contact our Support Team

Email us at [email protected] or call +44 20 3038 3929 to report the issue. We’ll help keep your account secure.

3. Request a replacement card

Contact your employer to request a replacement. Once you receive your new card, follow the activation steps to start using it.
