Why did my Auto-Send transfer fail?

There are a few reasons your Auto-Send transfer may have failed:

  • You didn’t have enough money in your account to cover the transfer and fees

  • Currency conversion for the recipient’s currency isn’t supported, or the route is unavailable

  • The recipient’s details are incomplete or missing, so we couldn’t process the transfer

Note: Transfers to the value of $20 or less will no be sent via Auto-Send

What to do if your Auto-Send transfer fails

Check that your recipient’s details are complete and correct.
If everything looks right, you can retry the transfer manually from the Send money screen.
