There are a few reasons your Auto-Send transfer may have failed:
You didn’t have enough money in your account to cover the transfer and fees
Currency conversion for the recipient’s currency isn’t supported, or the route is unavailable
The recipient’s details are incomplete or missing, so we couldn’t process the transfer
Note: Transfers to the value of $20 or less will no be sent via Auto-Send
What to do if your Auto-Send transfer fails
Check that your recipient’s details are complete and correct.
If everything looks right, you can retry the transfer manually from the Send money screen.
