For iPad, navigate to Settings, access "Wallet & Apple Pay", and choose "Include Credit or Debit Card".
For MacBook Pro, navigate to Settings, access "Wallet & Apple Pay", then choose "Include Card".
How do I set my card as the primary card?

How much can I spend utilising Apple Pay?
There is no specific spending limit when using Apple Pay. However, your spending limit is subject to MarTrust's card limits.
Some retailers may still enforce the £100 contactless limit for in-store purchases.
What occurs if I misplace my device?
If your phone has been misplaced or stolen, use "Find My" to locate or lock it.
You can also secure the device with a new password, or erase all your personal information, including payment cards in Apple Wallet.
Where can I utilise Apple Pay? Can I use it internationally?
Apple Pay can be utilised anywhere that accepts contactless payments, including public transport, shops, restaurants, and cafés around the world.
Can I utilise Apple Pay to pay in an application?
Indeed! Whether you're ordering food or shopping for clothes, simply select Apple Pay at checkout to pay swiftly.
Are my card details protected?
When you use Apple Pay to pay in store, online or in applications, Apple Pay doesn't transmit your actual card number to the merchant. Instead, a unique code is assigned, encrypted and securely stored on your device. Each transaction is authorised with a one-time unique dynamic security code.
Can I resume the deleted cards if I find my lost device?
No. If a card was removed from Apple Wallet, it cannot be resumed. You will need to add the card again to Apple Wallet.
Can I add a card again if I deleted it once?
Yes. You can add the card again at any time, as long as the card is still active.
On how many devices can I add a card?
You can add the same card to multiple devices (such as iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, or Mac). Each device requires a separate setup. Note: that you can only add the MarTrust card to 10 devices.
How many cards can I add to a single device?
The number of cards depends on the iOS version. It ranges between 12-16 cards.
Will I see transactions on my phone?
Yes. Transactions made with Apple Pay usually appear in your Martrust app (like Physical card transactions) under card history, as well as seeing them in your Apple Wallet.
Can I add another bank's card to Wallet?
Yes. You can add cards from multiple banks to Apple Wallet, as long as those banks support Apple Pay.
Why do I see a tick mark with “Done” on my iPhone when the terminal in the shop says the payment has been declined?
The tick mark means your device successfully sent the payment request. The decline happens later if the transaction is rejected. The final decision usually comes from MarTrust and Monavate.
Will I get a notification for declined transactions?
Usually, yes. Most declined transactions trigger a notification or appear as declined in Apple Wallet, depending on your notification settings.
Does removing a card from my iPhone affect the card on my Apple Watch when they are paired together?
No. Cards are managed separately on each device. Removing a card from your iPhone does not remove it from your Apple Watch.
Does unpairing an Apple Watch from iPhone remove the card on Apple Watch?
Yes. When you unpair an Apple Watch, all cards stored on the watch are automatically removed for security reasons.
I'm trying to add a card to my Apple Wallet but it shows “Card Not Added – Contact Your Issuer.” Can you help? What could be happening with the card?
This usually means card issuer (MarTrust or Monavate) did not approve the card for Apple Pay. Common reasons include the card being blocked, expired, not yet supported for Apple Pay, incorrect card details, or additional verification being required by MarTrust or Monavate.
What happens if my iPhone is lost or stolen?
Your cards are protected by Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode. You can remotely suspend or remove cards using Find My iPhone or by contacting MarTrust customer support to help suspend or remove for you. Your physical card remains unaffected.
